Job Duties:
- Maintains a high level of employee engagement and positive company culture
- Plays a key role in the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the department
- Focuses highly on leadership and strategy to achieve department growth
- Ensures quality of work and customer satisfaction are maintained to the Radiant standard
- Reviews Daily Pace Report – identifies department priorities, challenges, and resource needs
- Continues to look for top talent to enhance the team
- Maintains proper pricing for all departments and updates regularly
- Manages and negotiates vendor contracts and relations
- Ensures direct cost percentages on income statement are at or above budget/at or above benchmark by department
What you need:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
Experience: 3+ years of operations management experience in the home services industry required. (Ex: HVAC,Landscape, Solar, Electrical, Plumbing, Windows, Pest Control, etc.) Experience managing budgets, headcount, revenue, and high level reporting.
Computer Skills: Highly proficient with all Microsoft platforms. Must be able to accurately type with 40 WPM average. Proficient Excel skills. Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
